【Invitation】The graduation ceremony of the School of Public Health for the 112th academic year will be held on Sat. June 15, 2024.
Dear Graduates,
Congratulations on completing your studies and stepping into the next phase of your lives.
The College of Public Health cordially invites you to attend the graduation ceremony on Saturday afternoon, June 15, 2024.
Time: 14：00~16：30
Venue: 4F Auditorium, Xing-Chun Building, Taipei Medical University
If you will be attending the graduation ceremony, please be sure to fill out the registration form by Wednesday, June 7: [Link]
To effectively manage the ceremony schedule and avoid disruptions, the photo-taking arrangements are as follows:
- Designated Photographers: We will have dedicated photographers to capture the award presentation and tassel-turning on stage.
- Photo Time: After the ceremony, there will be 30 minutes reserved for taking photos in the venue.
Important Information:
- Due to the limited places, each graduate may invite 2 person to attend.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the ceremony venue.
- Graduates must wear their graduation gowns on the day of the ceremony. We will assist in guiding you to the graduates’ seating area.
- Don’t forget to upload your class photos and teacher blessing videos to the cloud drive(link) by Friday, June 7, 2024.
