Graduation Procedure (Diploma Pickup) Service Hours on July 31, 2026 (Fri.) Will End Early at 4:00 PM

Due to scheduled system maintenance, the Graduation Procedure (Diploma Pickup) service on Friday, July 31, 2026 will close early at 4:00 PM.

Graduating students are kindly advised to take note of this schedule change and plan accordingly.

On all other service days, the regular service hours will remain unchanged. (Please note that services are unavailable on weekends, public holidays, and the University’s summer recess Wednesdays. The final deadline for completing the graduation clearance procedure is September 4, 2026.)
