Draft Application Schedule for the 2026 National Science and Technology Council Graduate Research Fellowship Pilot Program (NSTC Scholarship)

1. The 2026 implementation regulations are currently being revised and are expected to be announced in August.

2. The application process follows the Ministry of Education’s Doctoral Scholarship procedure: Applicants submit their application forms and supporting documents electronically to their respective colleges. Each college conducts a preliminary review and submits its recommended ranking list to the Office of Student Affairs. The Extracurricular Activities Section compiles these lists and submits them to the Research and Development Office’s Review Committee for final approval of the award recipients.

3. The deadline for submitting application materials to colleges is August 17th to September 1st.
