Graduating Student: English Name Submission for Degree Diploma – Fall Semester 2026

Eligibility: Students who are expected to graduate in January, 2027

Diploma Format: Diplomas are issued in both Chinese and English.
Period and Instructions

Period: from December 1st to December 20th, 2026

Check function under “Enrollment Status” → “Student Information” → “Name on Diploma”
Must click【SAVE】&【SUBMIT】after filling out the form.
Important Note
(1) Please fill in English name in accordance with your passport.
(2) Students who fail to enter their English names by the deadline or whose English names do not meet the requirements will not have their diplomas issued.
(3) No revisions can be made after the diploma has been issued.

3.Guidelines for Entering English Names

Please enter your English name in accordance with the spelling and format shown in your passport.
The University will issue diplomas based on the information provided by students. Please enter your English name carefully and verify all information before submitting the form. Once a diploma has been issued, it cannot be reissued upon request for the purpose of changing the English name.
