Due to scheduled system maintenance, the Graduation Procedure (Diploma Pickup) service\u00a0on Friday, July 31, 2026 will close early at 4:00 PM.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Graduating students are kindly advised to take note of this schedule change and plan accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

On all other service days, the regular service hours will remain unchanged. (Please note that services are unavailable on weekends, public holidays, and the University\u2019s summer recess Wednesdays. The final deadline for completing the graduation clearance procedure is September 4, 2026.)<\/span><\/p>\n
