\n\u25cf Upon meeting the specified requirements, your system status will be updated to ‘Graduation’ starting from August 1st, 2026. Please note that changes in status may affect your authority for IRB application or access to other systems. If any problem, kindly refer to the website of the responsibility section or contact person in charge.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nConfirm the School-leaving Checklist for Graduates<\/td>\n		\u25cf After meeting graduate qualification, kindly log in \u201cAcademic & Student Affairs Information System<\/a><\/em>\u201d\u00a0<\/span>to confirm the school-leaving checklist.

\nBring the Student ID Card<\/span><\/td>\n		\u25cf Upon it shows \u201cAvailable\u201d on system, you can bring the student ID card to the Registration Section and collect the diploma.<\/span>
\n\u25cf If Student ID card is lost, please report in<\/span>\u00a0TMU ID Card Management System<\/a><\/em>.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nObtain the Diploma<\/td>\n		\u25cf\u00a0Diploma<\/b>
\n(1) From June 1st to September 4th, 2026, AM10:00-12:00\u3001PM2:00-5:00, excluding holidays and Wed. in summer vacation.
\n(2) In case of collection by proxy, the proxy shall bring the\u00a0Authorization Letter<\/a><\/em>,<\/span> his\/her own National\/ ARC ID card and student ID card of the authorizer to the Registration Section for collection.
\n\u25cf\u00a0Digital Diploma<\/b>
\n(1) After collecting the Diploma, you will receive the Digital Diploma via TMU email next Monday at AM10:00.
\n(2) If not received, please contact the Registration Section before September 11th, 2026 (Fri.). After September 11th, 2026, additional fees for applying are required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
