Meet Graduation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n

Registration section takes at least\u00a03 working days<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>to review the thesis. It may be extended depending on the situation.<\/p>\n

  • Graduation Defense & Thesis: Pass<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Upon meeting the specified requirements, your system status will be updated to ‘Graduation’ starting from Feb. 1st<\/sup>, 2026. Please note that changes in status may affect your authority for IRB application or access to other systems. If any problem, kindly refer to the website of the responsibility section or contact person in charge.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Confirm the School-leaving Checklist for Graduates<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n

After meeting graduate qualification, kindly log in \u201cAcademic & Student Affairs Information System\u201d<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to confirm the school-leaving checklist.
\n(System inquiry available\u00a0from Jan. 5th<\/sup>, 2026, AM10:00)(1) Cashier Section:\u00a0No debt owed<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(2) Advising Professor & Administrative Advisor:\u00a0Agree<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(3) Uploaded authorization<\/p>\n

Bring the Student ID Card<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n

lUpon it\u00a0shows\u00a0\u201cAvailable\u201d\u00a0<\/em>on system, you can bring the student ID card to the Registration Section and collect the diploma.<\/p>\n

lIf\u00a0Student ID card is lost, please report in\u00a0TMU ID Card Management System<\/em>.<\/a><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4<\/p>\n

Obtain the Diploma<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n

Diploma<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(1)From\u00a0Jan. 5th<\/sup>\u00a0<\/sup>to Feb. 13th<\/sup>, 2026, AM10:00-12:00\u3001PM2:00-5:00,\u00a0excluding holidays and Lunar New Year.<\/p>\n

(2)In case of collection by proxy, the proxy shall bring the\u00a0Authorization Letter<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/strong>, his\/her own National\/ ARC ID card and student ID card of the authorizer to the Registration Section for collection.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Digital Diploma<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) After collecting the Diploma, you will receive the Digital Diploma via TMU email next Monday at AM10:00.<\/p>\n

(2) If not received, please contact the Registration Section before Feb. 26th<\/sup>,\u00a02026(Thu.). After Feb. 26th<\/sup>,\u00a02026, additional fees for applying are required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
