Applying Suspension \/ Withdrawal \/ Resumption<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

I. Semester: Fall Semester, 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

II. Period<\/span>\uff1a<\/p>\n

  1. Resumption:\u00a0<\/span>From\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/b>August 1st<\/sup>\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/b>to\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/b>August 26th<\/sup><\/span><\/u><\/b>, 2025 PM5:00.<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. Application: Students intending to resume their studies must submit their applications to the Registration Section by 5:00 PM on<\/span>\u00a0Aug. 26th<\/sup>, 2025. After the application is approved by Dean of Office of Academic Affairs, the Cashier Section will provide the payment slip of the tuition fees.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Registration and tuition fee payment: Registration and tuition fee payment period for Fall Semester, 2025 is from Aug. 8th<\/sup>, 2025 to Sep. 1st<\/sup>, 2025. Please download the bill from\u00a0<\/span>the website of Land Bank<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Suspension \/ withdrawal<\/span>:\u00a0<\/span>From<\/span><\/u><\/b>\u00a0<\/u>August 1st<\/sup><\/span><\/u><\/b>, 2025. The deadline follows the TMU 2024~2025\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/b>Academic Calendar<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Students who complete the suspension\/withdrawal application process before 5:00 PM on Sep. 5<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup><\/b>, 2025 (must ensure approval by the Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs by the same deadline) are not required to pay the tuition fees.
        \nAfter the school opening day (inclusive), tuition fees must be paid first before applying for suspension or withdrawal. Prorated refunds will be processed in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. All the date and time mentioned are in Taiwan Time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        III. Procedure:<\/span><\/p>\n

        (1) Apply online (click\u00a0\u201csave\u201d\u00a0<\/i>and\u00a0\u201csubmit\u201d<\/i>) and print the application.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Check function under\u00a0<\/span>\u201cEnrollment Status\u201d \u2192 \u201cApply for Change\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

        (2) The application ought to approve by all responsible sections.<\/span><\/p>\n

        (3) Submit the application to Registration Section in Office hours and approved by Dean of Office of Academic Affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n

        *Office Hours<\/span><\/i><\/b>:\u00a0Every Monday to Friday\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/span>(excluding holidays and Wed. in summer vacation)<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
