Registration section takes at least\u00a0<\/span>3 working days<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/b>to review the thesis. It may be extended depending on the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

l<\/span>Graduation Defense & Thesis:\u00a0Pass<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

l<\/span>Upon meeting the specified requirements, your system status will be updated to ‘Graduation’ starting from Feb. 3rd<\/sup>, 2025. Please note that changes in status may affect your authority for IRB application or access to other systems. If any problem, kindly refer to the website of the responsibility section or contact person in charge.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Bring the Student ID Card<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

l<\/span>Upon it\u00a0<\/span>shows\u00a0<\/span>\u201cAvailable\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i>on system, you can bring the student ID card to the Registration Section and collect the diploma.<\/span><\/p>\n

l<\/span>If\u00a0<\/span>Student ID card is lost, please report in<\/span>TMU ID Card Management System<\/i>.<\/a><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4<\/span><\/p>\n

Obtain the Diploma<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

l<\/span>Diploma<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

(1)<\/span>From Dec. 23rd<\/sup><\/span>\u00a0<\/sup>to Feb. 14<\/span>th\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>, 2025, AM10:00~12:00<\/span>\u3001PM2:00~5:00,\u00a0<\/span>excluding holidays and Lunar New Year.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)<\/span>In case of collection by proxy, the proxy shall bring the\u00a0<\/span>Authorization Letter<\/i><\/b><\/a><\/span>, his\/her own National\/ ARC ID card and student ID card of the authorizer to the Registration Section for collection.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

l<\/span>Digital Diploma<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

(1) After collecting the Diploma, you will receive the Digital Diploma via TMU email next Monday at AM10:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) If not received, please contact the Registration Section before Feb<\/span>. 21st<\/sup>,\u00a0<\/span>2025(W5). After Feb. 22<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup>,<\/span>2025, will have additional fees for applying.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
