Eligibility<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Only for student admitted in Fall Semester, 2025\u00a0(Sep. 2024)<\/b>
\n[excluding suspended students]<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\n

Courses cannot be applied<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

1.Courses already transferred\/waived from previous degree.<\/b><\/p>\n

2.Courses taken after admission, including those where students have
\nreceived\u00a0grades or dropped out, are not eligible for course credit
\ntransfer.<\/b><\/p>\n

3.If program\/ department approves to transfer\/waive any course credits of
\nTMU with the course of previous school, whatever the one or combine
\nmultiple courses of previous school, this course of previous will not be
\napproved to transfer anymore.<\/b><\/p>\n

4.If the credits applied for transfer were included in the graduation
\nrequirements for the student\u2019s previous degree, the transfer shall
\nnot be approved; but the student may be waived from taking the course
\nwith the same title with the approval of the department\/ program, or
\nacademic units deemed relevant.
\nHowever, the credit must be made up by taking courses assigned by the
\ndepartment\/ program.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2.<\/b>\u00a0Submitting hard copy of transcript\u00a0<\/b>(<\/strong>No returned)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Must enclose the transcripts in an envelope and mark the following
\ninformation:\u00a0“Application for credits transfer, student ID number, and<\/i>
\nstudent name\u201d<\/i>.\u00a0Students ought to send or personally deliver the
\noriginal transcripts of previous\u00a0school for all semesters to the
\nRegistration Section in Xinyi Campus.
\nOn Jan.\u00a0<\/strong>1st\u00a0<\/sup>2025<\/b>, no hard copy documents will be accepted due to the\u00a0<\/strong>
\n\u3000\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>New Year’s Day holiday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u3000(1)Transcripts must be consistent with the uploaded document,
\nincluding the print\u00a0date. Inconsistent document, transcripts for
\nonly current semester\/year will not be accepted.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\u3000<\/strong>(2)<\/b>Students submitting transcripts from schools overseas are required
\nto provide the original and one photocopy for verification by the
\nROC embassies and missions abroad.\u00a0The originals will be returned
\nafter verification by the Registration Section.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u3000(3)Bachelor’s degree students who take graduate courses, and master’s
\n\/doctoral degree students applying for credit transfer due to having
\nalready obtained a master’s or doctoral degree, must provide proof
\nof non-graduation credits at the same time.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
