KP Chen Preventive Medicine Foundation established \u201cKP Chen Memorial Lecture in Public Health\u201d in NTU-CPH in memory of\u00a0Professor\u00a0Kung-Pei Chen\u2019s 100th Birth Anniversary in 2017. This annual lectureship is awarded to a prominent international individual who has made a significant and unique contribution to contemporary public health.<\/p>\n

This year the winner goes to Dr.\u00a0Thomas A. LaVeist<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(Dean & Weatherhead Presidential Chair in Health Equity, School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine, Tulane University).<\/p>\n
