Late application will not be accepted. Please print out and fill in the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/aca.tmu.edu.tw\/download.php?dir=archive&amp;filename=40_1ad9326b.pdf&amp;title=%E3%80%90%E5%AD%B8%E7%94%9F%E3%80%91%E8%87%BA%E5%8C%97%E9%86%AB%E5%AD%B8%E5%A4%A7%E5%AD%B8%E5%AD%B8%E7%94%9F%E8%A4%87%E6%9F%A5%E6%88%90%E7%B8%BE%E7%94%B3%E8%AB%8B%E8%A1%A8(Grade%20Review%20Application%20Form).pdf\">TMU Grade Review Application Form<\/a>\u201d, and submit it to the Registration Section before the deadline.
