l\u00a0After the final grades for all courses in this semester is completed, it will take 2 work day for the registration office to review them.\u00a0If the student meets all of the graduation requirements, they will be eligible for graduation.<\/p>\n

l\u00a0Graduation Requirements\uff1aPass<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

l\u00a0Graduation Defense & Thesis:\u00a0Pass<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

l\u00a0Once you meet above requirements regardless of unfinished graduation procedure, status in system will present \u201cGraduation\u201d from August 1st<\/sup>, 2023. The authority for application of IRB or access to other systems may change, if any problem, please visit the website of the responsibility section or contact person in charge.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Confirm the School-leaving Checklist for Graduates<\/strong><\/b><\/td>\n

l\u00a0Please visit \u201cAcademic & Student Affairs Information System<\/a>\u201d to check if you meet Graduate Qualification.<\/p>\n

l\u00a0Please refer to\u00a0the attachment<\/a>\u00a0for detailed procedures required by each office. If it shows\u00a0\u201cX\u201d<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0or you have any problems, please ask the contact person of responsible office.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Bring the Student ID Card<\/strong><\/b><\/td>\n

l\u00a0When the \u201cReady for Issue\u201d\u00a0column shows\u00a0\u201c Available\u201d, bring the student ID card to the Registration Section and obtain the diploma .<\/p>\n

l\u00a0If\u00a0Student ID card is lost, please report in\u00a0TMU ID Card Management System<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Obtain the Diploma<\/strong><\/b><\/td>\n

l\u00a0Diploma<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0From June 5th<\/sup>\u00a0to September 8th<\/sup>\u00a02023, AM10:00~12:00\u3001PM2:00~5:00, excluding\u00a0holidays.<\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0In case of collection by proxy, the proxy shall bring the Authorization Letter, his\/her own National\/ ARC ID card and student ID card of the authorizer to the Registration Section for collection.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

l\u00a0Digital Diploma<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

(1) After obtain the Diploma, you will receive the Digital Diploma via TMU email every other Monday at AM10:00.<\/p>\n

(2) If not received, please contact the Registration Section before\u00a0Sep. 15th<\/sup>,\u00a0<\/sup>2023(W5). After\u00a0Sep.\u00a015th<\/sup>, 2023, will have additional fees for applying.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
