According to the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>TMU Calendar of Spring Semester 2023<\/a><\/span>, from<\/span>\u00a09 am. Feb. 20th<\/sup>\u00a0to 5 pm. Mar. 17th<\/sup>\u00a02023<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>is the period for graduate student to apply Graduation Defense (Degree Examination).\u00a0Please apply through the\u00a0<\/span>Academic & Student Affairs Information System<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and click \u201cSubmit\u201d button. Any applications submitted after deadline will not be accepted.\u00a0The timetable of related procedures will be announced after the Academic Affairs Conference on Mar. 15th<\/sup>\u00a02023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notification:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Students who apply for the degree examinations must meet the requirement of \u201cTMU Implementation Guidelines of Master and Ph.D. Degree Examination\u201d Article II and \u201cNotes for Course Selection and Registration\u201d Article lll: students must complete required subjects, credits and \u201cResearch Ethics\u201d course before applying for a degree examination. And must select “Thesis”\/”Dissertation” course this semester.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Before applying, please read the study regulation of respect department\/program & information of graduation defense orientation. Student must prepare the evidence of completed requirements and upload the evidence on the system function of \u201cCredit Progress\u201d \u2192\u201dRequirements for Graduation(Student Form)\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Students shall upload the \u201cOriginality Report of Plagiarism Detection\u201d according to the requirement of department\/program and thesis advisor. Students must provide originality reports of plagiarism detection to committee members on the day of graduation defense. Students who did not provide the report cannot hold the defense. For the detection tool please use \u201cTurnitin\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4.
